👥 3. Seller & Merchant Applications

Review Process: All merchant, partner, and seller applications undergo a manual vetting process before any products or listings are approved.
No Guarantee of Approval: Submitting an application does not automatically grant access to our platform. Approval is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

📉 4. No Business Success or Income Guarantees

No Financial Guarantees: We provide the framework, products, and sourcing infrastructure for your business needs. However, Vanity Babe makes no income, profit, sales, or overall business-success guarantees.
Independent Risk: Any investment, marketing, or business operation you run using our products is done strictly at your own financial risk.

📦 5. Shipping & Order Constraints

Geographic Limits: We operate and deliver exclusively within South Africa.
Shopify Rules: All available delivery methods, shipping rates, and delivery timelines are dynamically managed through Shopify and are formally confirmed during the checkout process. We do not accommodate international logistics at this stage.
